Louisa Ballard

Louisa Ballard currently serves as the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs for EMEA at CooperVision since July 2022. Prior to this role, Louisa held various positions at STERIS Corporation from April 2008 to July 2022, culminating in the title of Director of Regulatory & Quality Compliance. Louisa's earlier experience includes work as a Regulatory Affairs Officer at 3M in the Graduate Leadership Programme and as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Louisa holds an MA in Biotechnological Law & Ethics and a BSc in Molecular Biology from The University of Sheffield, along with a PG Cert in Regulatory Affairs from the University of Hertfordshire.
