Neena Bhaskar serves as the Head of HR for Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia at CooperVision, where involvement in the core leadership team is crucial for fostering a positive organizational culture. With extensive experience in HR roles across various industries, Neena has held positions such as HR Business Partner for the APAC leadership team at The CEO Magazine Global, Regional Talent Acquisition Leader at BD, and Regional HR Director at Zanroo. Previous roles also include HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific at Mundipharma and Experian, along with earlier positions in training and HR management at Genesys Worldwide, FIRST EUROPA GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Pvt. Ltd., and HeroITES. Neena holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
