Jenny Ljungqvist has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Jenny is currently the Head of IT Service Management at Coor, a position they assumed in April 2022.
Prior to their role at Coor, Jenny worked at Accenture as the IT Service Management + Sustainable Technology Lead and Advisor from September 2020 to March 2022.
From 2017 to 2020, Jenny was with H&M where they held the position of Program Manager / Head of Insight Office for IT. In this role, they formed and led the Insight Office Function within IT Governance, focusing on developing and maintaining metrics, reports, and dashboards to gain valuable insights and increase efficiency.
Before joining H&M, Jenny founded Value IT AB in 2012 and served as the CEO and IT Management Consultant. Jenny also worked on various assignments for H&M IT, including being the Head Project Manager for IT Service Management and the Project Manager for "cloudhosing@hm" which involved implementing Microsoft Azure cloud hosting services.
Jenny's career also includes positions at Daymark AB as an IT Management Consultant (2011-2012), the Swedish Armed Forces as the Department Manager of Service Management (2009-2011), TDC as a Project and Department Manager in Application Management (2006-2009), and TeliaSonera in various roles such as Manager of Skanova Quality Management (2004-2006), Billing Director of Skanova (2001-2003), and Product Manager of Datacom (1998-2001).
Additionally, Jenny has experience working internationally, having held positions at Lietuvas Telekomas (1998) and Eircom (1998) through their employment with Telia.
Jenny Ljungqvist has a M.Sc. degree in Technical Acoustics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, obtained between 1991 and 1996. Jenny also completed a program in Infra Service Management at KTH Executive School from 2008 to 2009. In 2001 to 2002, they pursued the Cvilingenjörsprogrammet at Stockholm School of Economics. Before that, they completed their senior year at Hilltop Highschool from 1987 to 1988. Additionally, Jenny has obtained certifications in "The Economics of Climate Change" from OUBEP - Oxford University Business Economics Programme in April 2021 and in "Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020.
