Manuel Girardin

Manuel Girardin is a seasoned professional in IT service management and risk compliance, currently serving as Head of IT Service Management and previously as Risk & Compliance Manager at Pictet Group since July 2019. Concurrently, Manuel serves as an External Lecturer at IDEC, specializing in Information Technology & Security Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Service Management since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Risk Manager for FER Genève, where responsibility included developing and maintaining the Risk Framework and Internal Control System within the IT Department, and as Senior IT Auditor at PwC. Earlier positions at Lombard Odier Group involved project management in compliance and human resources, and as a Shift Manager at Global Brands. Manuel holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Service Management and Service Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology, both from the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland.
