Louise Norrlin has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Louise is currently working at Coor as the Head of Learning and Development since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Coor as the Manager of People Performance/Talent Management from 2020 to 2023. Before joining Coor, Louise worked at HUMANA Second Hand as an HR Consultant focusing on organizational development from 2018 to 2020. Louise also worked at Röhnisch Sportswear AB as a Concept Developer and Store Manager from 2010 to 2016. Louise created and produced unique jewelry and managed the entire process with 150 retailers in the Nordic region. Additionally, an external investor became a shareholder, leading to international expansion and production relocation to the Czech Republic.

Lastly, Louise was involved with the nonprofit organization PeaceQuest from 1999 to 2003. Louise served as a Board Member, Organizational Secretary, and Project Manager. PeaceQuest focused on conflict management and democracy development, providing youth training programs with funding from organizations such as the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society.

Louise Norrlin has a diverse education history. Louise started by obtaining their Gymnasieexamen in the Smahällsvetenskaplig linje with an international focus from Sigtuna Skolans Humanistiska Läroverk in 1999. Louise then pursued various courses and programs, including studying Bosnian, Serbian, and Croatian languages at Uppsala University in 2001. In 2002, they took up studies at Nyckelviksskolan in Trä- from och design. Louise also completed a course in Data- och systemvetenskap I at Stockholm University in the same year. In 2016, they studied Statsvetenskap I & II at Stockholm University. Finally, they completed a degree in Persona Arbete Organisation at Stockholm University in 2020.
