Mats Holm has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mats began their career at Skanska in 1988 as a Site Manager, overseeing road and landscaping construction projects. From there, they progressed to roles such as Planning Engineer, Project Engineer, and Head of the tender group. In 1996, they pursued a PHD and focused on Skanska's end customers.
In 2001, Holm joined Coor as a Business Development Specialist, where they contributed to new sales activities in multiple countries. Mats later became the Acting Head of Business Development in Finland and then the Vice President of Integration. In November 2014, they established a new Construction Management unit at Coor to enhance sales and project management.
Holm's career at Coor continued with their roles as the Head of Property Center of Excellence and, most recently, as the Head of Integration. Mats has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as integration, property management, and construction management, and has played a crucial role in improving operations and driving growth.
Mats Holm holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Service Management from Chalmers University of Technology, which they obtained from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Licentiate degree in Building Economics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1996 to 1999. Their educational journey began with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Civil Engineering from Luleå University of Technology, which they pursued from 1983 to 1988.
