Paul Knight

Paul Knight (MAICD) currently serves as the Independent Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for NSW Energy Corporation and as a Board Member for both NSW Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network and COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW PHN. Previously, Paul was a Committee Member for Heritage NSW's NSW Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee and served as a Board Member for the Heritage Council of NSW. Paul also contributed to the NSW National Parks Advisory Council and held multiple roles at the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District, including Independent Chairperson of Audit and Risk and Chairperson of the Finance Committee, overseeing significant budgetary responsibilities. Additional Board Member roles include the Illawarra Academy of Sport and participation in Sydney Water's committee, while also having been the Chief Executive Officer of the Illawarra Local Aboriginal Land Council.
