Nancy Raca

Nancy Raca has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Nancy is currently working as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI) since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Engagement at Highland Planning LLC, where they were responsible for planning and executing public engagement and communications efforts for local municipalities. Nancy also served as a Communications Consultant, managing marketing communications campaigns and projects for various public sector and non-profit clients for over 18 years. Nancy has also worked as a Consultant at ICF International, managing marketing communications projects for clients including the U.S. EPA. Nancy worked as the Director of Education and Government Marketing at PeopleSoft, where they developed and implemented marketing campaigns for a major software company. Nancy also served as Vice President at ICF Consulting and as a Standards Associate and Regulatory Analyst at the American Petroleum Institute.

Nancy Raca has a Bachelor of Science in International Politics from Georgetown University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Nancy also has a Master of Arts in Public Communication from American University, although the specific dates are unknown. Additionally, Nancy received their Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certifications from iPEC Coaching in 2018 and 2019. Finally, they have pursued further education in International Politics with a Bachelor of Applied Science from Georgetown University, although the dates of this degree are also unknown. Nancy also holds additional certifications in Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching and IAP2 Training from the International Association for Public Participation.
