Cindy Bauer, BSN, RN has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Cindy currently serves as the Founder/CEO of Coordinista since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at genus as a Medical Liaison Advisor from May 2019 to July 2020. From November 2019 to February 2020, they served as a Clinical Study Enrollment Assistant at ThreeWire, Inc.

In 2016, Cindy joined ConcertoHealth as a Transition of Care Coach, where they led the company in Transitions of Care performance and served as a liaison to Michigan Hospital Systems Inpatient and Outpatient Care Management Teams. Cindy also held the role of RN Care Manager at ConcertoHealth from November 2016 to October 2017.

Before joining ConcertoHealth, Cindy worked as a Nursing Supervisor at MediLodge of Kalamazoo from August 2016 to November 2016.

Cindy also has experience in the political arena. In 2015, they served as a State Representative for the State of Michigan, where they were involved in budget allocation and legislation voting. Prior to that, they worked as a State Representative Candidate for Cindy Gamrat for State Representative from July 2013 to November 2014. Cindy was responsible for developing and executing a successful grassroots campaign.

Furthermore, Cindy served as the Statewide Volunteer Coordinator for Gary Glenn for U.S. Senate from March 2012 to November 2012. Cindy also founded and served as the CEO of Michigan 4 Conservative Senate LLC from April 2011 to March 2012, establishing an influential statewide grassroots organization.

Cindy began their career as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Cheboygan Memorial Hospital, where they provided complete care for patients in critical and life-threatening situations from July 1996 to January 2000.

Cindy Bauer, BSN, RN completed their Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Michigan, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Upon graduation, they obtained their Registered Nurse certification from the State of Michigan in March 1995.
