Qaymar Mustafayev

Qaymar Mustafayev is an experienced professional in operations and event management, currently serving as Head of Division for Pavilion and Delegation Offices Operations at COP29 Azerbaijan since April 2024. Prior to this role, Qaymar held the position of Senior Manager Planner at Expo2023Doha, leading operational planning and delivery. Experience also includes roles such as Fan Zone Manager at Saudi Motorsport Company, Hub Venue Manager at Filmmaster MEA, and Zone Operations Manager at Expo 2020 Dubai. Qaymar has a diversified background in events management, having worked with organizations such as the Baku City Circuit Operations Committee and the Baku 2015 European Games Operation Committee. Qaymar holds a Master’s degree in Arts of Diplomacy and International Relations from Baku Slavic University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Azerbaijan University of Languages.
