Matt Barclay is a Support and Customer Experience Leader with extensive experience in building teams and driving innovation. Currently serving as the Director of Global Support at Copado since 2021, Matt previously held senior roles at organizations including Frontline Education and Cityzenith, where they managed customer service functions, led support teams, and optimized operational processes. Matt’s earlier positions included Director of Client Services at Aspex Solutions and Client Support Technician at General ASP, showcasing a consistent track record of high retention rates and customer satisfaction. Matt is currently pursuing studies in Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and additional education at DePaul University.
