Brett Brase

Brett Brase has extensive work experience in the accounting and finance field. Brett is currently the Senior Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Copaken Brooks, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at NorthPoint Development, where they held several positions, including Regional Accounting Director from March 2022 to June 2023, Director of Property Accounting from July 2021 to March 2022, Accounting Manager from April 2019 to July 2021, Senior Accountant from January 2018 to April 2019, and Property Accountant from July 2015 to January 2018. Before joining NorthPoint Development, Brett worked as a Property Accountant at Block Real Estate Services from April 2013 to July 2015, and as a Commercial Real Estate Accountant at Kessinger Hunter from February 2012 to April 2013.

Brett Brase attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
