Ashok Kumar

Ashok Kumar began their work experience in 2003 when they were hired as a PeopleSoft Developer at Polaris Financial Technology Limited. Ashok's responsibilities included implementing Finance, Conversion, Making Data Mover Scripts, Generating Reports, Enhancement and Interfaces. In 2004, they joined Infosys as a PeopleSoft Financial Developer where they were involved in the installation of the database, Application server, Process scheduler, Weblogic server, and configuring the PeopleSoft application for n-Tier WAN based architecture. Ashok also analyzed the fit/gap to implement PeopleSoft Payroll and developed and maintained technical design documents. In 2005, they were hired as a PeopleSoft Financial Consultant at PNC where they performed a new implementation of PeopleSoft Global HR 8.8 and developed new Views, Pages, Components, and Records for HR users. Ashok also provided technical support for PeopleSoft Payroll to ADP Interface and worked with PeopleSoft 8.8 Recruit modules. In 2007, they were hired as a PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant at United Technologies where they developed Configuration/ Setup pages for the relocation process, implemented workflow & worklist activities, and created a Relocation Submit Form. In 2011, they joined The Hartford as a PeopleSoft Financial Developer and developed the Chart of Accounts, GAAP, and STAT tree hierarchies. Ashok also created nVision balance reports and drill down layouts for cash flow, indirect cash flow, GAAP accounts, and STAT accounts. In 2013, they were hired as a Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant at COPE Health Solutions where they converted history data into a new EGL system with the new set of chartfield values, integrated Oracle FSAH with PeopleSoft GL, and configured AIA/PIP and domain value mappings to sync the chartfields and accounting periods between PeopleSoft GL and Oracle FSAH.

Ashok Kumar attended SBOA from 1999 to 2000, where they earned their High School degree. Ashok then attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
