Carlene Zincke

Carlene Zincke has had a successful career in the healthcare industry. Carlene began their career in 2001 as Program Director for CareGuide. In 2010, they joined WellCare Health Plans as Vice President Medical Management, where they led clinical teams for Managed Medicaid, Managed Long Term Care, Medicare, MLTSS and Medicare Quality Improvement. In addition, they managed the integration of UAM, care management and quality teams, and decreased the Managed Long Term Care Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) to 89%. Carlene also served as Sr. Director Field Health Services and Director, Field Case Management at WellCare. In 2020, they became CEO and Owner of Zincke Services Inc. In 2021, they joined Chief as Chief Member, and COPE Health Solutions as Vice President of Consulting. Carlene currently serves as a Board Member for Language of Care.

Carlene Zincke received their Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from New Jersey City University in 1996. Carlene then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Nursing and Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. Currently, they are a Doctoral Candidate in Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn in July 2020.
