Lauren Kramer Rabin

Lauren Kramer Rabin currently serves as the VP of Talent Analytics Consulting at Performitiv, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren accumulated extensive experience at JetBlue from March 2016 to August 2025, advancing through various positions including Senior Manager of Crew Analytics, Manager of Learning Analytics, and Senior Analyst of Assessment, Measurement, and Evaluation. Before JetBlue, a brief tenure as a Research Associate at Design Interactive, Inc. took place from October 2013 to January 2014. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, both obtained from the University of Central Florida.
