Lea Kitamura

Lea Kitamura has worked in the accounting field since 2014. Lea began their career as an Accounting Intern at The Wedding Ring Shop, then moved on to Staff Accountant. In 2017, they took on a role as Production Muse at Kate Spade & Company. In 2018, they joined Accumulus as a Senior Associate and then an Associate, where they were responsible for providing outstanding service to clients and working collaboratively with team to complete technical accounting functions as well as preparing monthly financial statements. In 2021, they moved on to Family Office as a Staff Accountant, and in 2022 they joined COPE Health Solutions as a Senior Accountant.

Lea Kitamura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from Traliant and Sage Intacct, Inc., including the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act: Business Associates 2021, Healthcare Code of Conduct, Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Employees 2021, and Sage Intacct Accounting Specialist.
