Christina Bracht

Christina Bracht is a seasoned professional in procurement and operational excellence, currently serving as the Director of Global Indirect Procurement and Director of Strategic Programs & Operational Excellence at Copeland since July 2023. Prior to this role, Christina held senior management positions at Emerson from August 2021 to July 2023, focusing on operations controlling and strategic projects, as well as strategic planning. Christina has a strong foundation in project management and consulting, with expertise in operational performance and organizational health from tenure at McKinsey & Company between 2015 and 2021. Education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a master’s degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from The London School of Economics, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Freie Universität Berlin.
