Nicholas vander Grinten

Nicholas Vander Grinten is an Industrial Engineer currently employed at Copeland since May 2022, where a major focus has been on managing a capacity improvement project with an impressive IRR of 41.08%. Previously, Nicholas served as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Intern at ABB, where contributions included enhancing safety through ergonomic principles, improving capacity via lean techniques, and executing time studies that yielded significant revenue gains.
