Martin Tilsted-Petersen

Martin Tilsted-Petersen is an experienced professional currently serving as an Adjunkt at Copenhagen Business Academy since October 2023. As the Founder and Consultant at thinklab.dk since May 2021, Martin combines philosophy with a human-centered approach to enhance organizational development, focusing on diversity, leadership, strategy, and innovation. Martin holds a significant role as a Board Member and Treasurer for The Woman's League, promoting the development of women's football in Denmark. Previously, Martin was the CFO at The Danish League, where responsibilities included asset and financial management, and prior to that, served as Head of Administration. Educational qualifications include a BA and MA in Philosophy from the University of Copenhagen, as well as a BA in Economics and Organizational Theory from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by executive management training at INSEAD.
