Alexandra Knowles

Alex Knowles is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent management, digital strategy, and project coordination. Currently serving as the Head of Talent and Digital Strategy at Copenhagen Capacity since August 2015, Alex leads a team focused on business development, talent strategy, digital acceleration, and talent attraction initiatives. Previous roles include Digital Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment strategies and managing the applicant tracking system. Alex's earlier experiences also involve advocacy work in domestic violence and coordinating educational programs on topics related to healthy relationships and consent. Alex holds a Master's degree in Cultural Sociology from Syddansk Universitet and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Women's Studies from Pacific Lutheran University.
