Daniel Markussen

Daniel Markussen currently serves as the Director and Head of Employment Law at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, focusing on global employment law, incentive schemes, and digitalization strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Director at DLA Piper, specializing in employment and labor law, as well as lecturing on related topics. Markussen has also contributed to Advokaternes HR as an instructor, providing employment law courses. Previous positions include roles at DELACOUR Advokatfirma and Dansk Erhverv, where advisory and litigation work in employment law was central. Markussen began a legal career as an assistant attorney at Kromann Reumert and has held various legal and managerial positions, including a role as a legal consultant for DGI and managing Cross Cafe & Restaurant. Markussen holds a Master’s degree in Law from Aarhus University.
