Pia Fabricius

Pia Fabricius has over 20 years of experience as a HR professional. Pia has held various leadership positions, including CHRO at Copenhagen Malmö Port, Human Resources Director at BMI Danmark, and HR Director at Toms Gruppen A/S. Pia has also worked at Tivoli as Head of Operations/HR Manager, where they were responsible for managing multiple departments and employees. Prior to that, they worked as an Instructor at Attention Kurser ApS and as a Bond Dealer at Bikuben Børs. Pia began their career at Bikuben A/S, where they started as a trainee and eventually became the Regional Housing Advisor Manager. Overall, they have extensive experience in change management, organizational development, and employee relations.

Pia Fabricius pursued their education chronologically as follows:

From 1980 to 1983, Pia attended Grindsted Gymnasium, where they obtained their A Level degree. Their field of study at the gymnasium included English, German, and French, making their trilingual in these languages.

Subsequently, between 1992 and 1995, Pia enrolled at Copenhagen Business School and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their field of study was English SPRØK.

In parallel with their studies at Copenhagen Business School, Pia also attended Københavns Fondsbørs from 1993 to 1996. Here, they received a license as a dealer, specializing in bonds and other financial instruments.

Additionally, Pia holds several certifications. Pia is licensed in MPA (Master People Analysis), DISC, and People Logic Test. These certifications were obtained from Master Management, Thomas International, and People Test Systems, respectively. The timeframe of obtaining these certifications is not specified.
