Potluck Mittal

Potluck Mittal is a seasoned product leader with diverse experience in technology and education sectors. Currently serving as Product Lead at Copilot since September 2022, Potluck previously held the position of Product Manager at Outschool from March 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included growing the supply-side of the platform for live online classes for kids. Prior to that, Potluck was a Product Manager at Eaze, managing various functions within the cannabis delivery marketplace from December 2018 to February 2020. Potluck's career began as a Software Engineer at Clever Inc., contributing to student-facing products, and includes significant roles at Y Combinator, Emerald Exam, and Dorm Room Fund. Potluck also has a strong academic background, holding a B.S. in Computer Science & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where involvement in organizations such as PennApps and teaching assistant positions further honed leadership and technical skills.
