Lillian M. has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Lillian began their career at Suntides Golf Course as a Customer Service Associate in 2009. In 2013, they took on the role of Hospitality Lead at University Presbyterian Church, where they managed teams of people to execute superior catered events, trained staff and volunteers, and worked with the front of house manager to improve production and ensure timely deliveries. In 2014, they became the Female House President at Vision 16, where they led a house of female students, managed logistics of the house and greater community, planned events, and kept community members accountable to contractual obligations. In 2016, they joined Capgemini as a Project Management Officer on the Services Management Team, where they managed a team of four offshore resources to complete all resourcing, resource reporting, invoicing, communications, and paperwork. In 2017, they took on multiple roles at Capgemini, including Product Owner and Functional Analyst, Engagement Manager, Product and Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Portfolio Lead and Project Manager. In 2019, they became Capgemini's Senior Learning Business Partner for North America Campus, where they were responsible for onboarding, training, and continuous skill development for 350+ annual North American Campus hires. Finally, in 2021, they joined Coppei as Lead Product and Program Manager for Data Privacy in Telecommunications. In this role, they own Product Strategy, Roadmap and Requirements, and leads a team of 5 Product Managers to implement Data Subject Rights Product to comply with CCPA, GDPR and other individual state privacy legislations.

Lillian M. attended the University of Washington from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
