Troy Ritchie

Head of Partnerships at Copper Banking

Troy Ritchie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2011, they founded Sports 4E and served as CEO until 2013. From 2012 to 2015, Troy worked as a Manager of Business Development at Piraeus Consulting, where they successfully established relationships with clients such as Philips Healthcare, BECU, and IBM. Troy then co-founded Chirpsaw, an engagement platform, and worked there from 2014 to 2016.

Troy went on to become the VP of Sales at TailoredMail, an Email Service Provider, from 2015 to 2016, where they acquired clients like EBSCO, University of Texas, and Gates Foundation. Troy then played a significant role as a Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at Graduway from Gravyty, where they developed a sales process to acquire new clients and grow revenue.

In 2018, Troy became a District Specialist at Snap! Raise, where they collaborated with Snap! Raise leadership to create a compelling message for K-12 public school districts. Troy also founded Boom Intelligence Group in the same year, serving as the Founder and Chief Storyteller. Troy retired The Daily Wake Up Micro-Podcast and published their first book, "You Got It; Now Go Get It!" during this time.

In 2021, Troy joined Copper Banking as the Head of Partnerships. Troy is currently responsible for leading partnership initiatives. Troy also holds the position of a Leadership Development Specialist at RDI Corporation, starting in 2021, where they focus on the development of leaders. Troy meets with leaders on a weekly basis and creates curriculum for the Leadership Development Program.

Throughout their career, Troy Ritchie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business development expertise, and a passion for storytelling and communication.

Troy Ritchie attended Northwest University from 1991 to 1994, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Pastoral Care. Troy then pursued further education at Edmonds College from 1998 to 2000, obtaining a degree in NACM - CAP with a specialization in Credit Management.
