Neale Croutear-Foy

Neale Croutear-Foy serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Copper.co in the UAE and holds the position of Liveryman and Freedom of the City in London with the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists. Additionally, Neale chairs the FinTech Working Group and has previously worked as the Chief Technology Officer for Digital Banking at Apex Group Ltd. Neale also led Mobile Banking Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank and is an Executive Committee Member at BCS | The Chartered Institute for IT. Academically, Neale has pursued postgraduate studies in Digital Transformation & Platform Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed the FinTech Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
