Lily Anderson-Nicholls

Lily Anderson-Nicholls is a seasoned HR and people management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of People and Talent at Copper Consultancy since September 2021, Lily has previously held positions including Head of People at SEC Newgate UK and Senior People and Culture Manager at Copper Consultancy. Lily's career spans more than a decade, including significant roles at Grosvenor Group, Transport for London, and Boots, where expertise in training management, HR business partnering, and implementation of change programmes was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University London, a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from King's College London, and a BA (Hons) in Sociology from Nottingham Trent University.
