Joanna's career began in recruitment consulting with Randstad Polska and customer service at Fitness Academy, alongside early experience as a sports journalist. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Career Counseling and Coaching and a Bachelor's degree in Psychopedagogical Support from the University of Wroclaw.
