Becca Nordeen

Becca Nordeen is currently the Chief of Staff at Copper Cow Coffee. Prior to that, they were an independent consultant for Beyond Meat, and before that they were the Senior Manager of Customer Experience Operations for Blue Apron.

Becca has extensive experience in customer experience and operations. At Beyond Meat, they directed the CX department and improved monthly department reports. At Blue Apron, they led daily operations for a multi-site team of 60 agents and supervisors while maintaining best-in-class KPIs. Becca has also been a cross-functional SME and project partner on 20+ annual business rollouts and launch feedback reporting.

Becca is passionate about employee development and growth. Becca has designed skill development training paths focused on employee growth, which have led to 12 internal promotions. Becca has also chaired an culture-focused ERG leading 12 employees across national offices to offer executive teams qualitative feedback regarding employee morale.

Becca Nordeen earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in theatre/theater from Texas Christian University.
