Al Casper

Al Casper currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Copper River Shared Services, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this, Al held various leadership roles at ASRC Federal, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Business Development from April 2019 to April 2025, and Vice President of Business Development at ASRC Federal from March 2013 to February 2017. Al's previous experience also includes the role of Vice President of Capture Operations at NCI Information Systems, Inc. from February 2017 to April 2019, and Director of Business Development at ASRC Communications from August 2009 to March 2013. Early in their career, Al worked at CACI International and Booz Allen Hamilton, and served in the US Army as a Warrant Officer for over 20 years. Al holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix.
