Eric Mens

Eric Mens is a highly experienced professional in proposal management and business development, currently serving as Proposal and Capture Manager at HumanTouch, LLC since April 2019. Previously, Eric held the position of Proposal Director at Enterprise Information Services from September 2008 to March 2019, overseeing and managing the proposal team, as well as mentoring team members on proposal processes. Eric has also worked in various roles at EIS, including Sr. Proposal Manager and Proposal Manager, where responsibilities included leading proposal efforts and ensuring compliance with RFPs. Earlier experience includes roles as Proposal Coordinator at VMS, Inc. and Business Development Factotum at The Louis Berger Group. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in English - Professional Writing from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
