Michael Joy

As VP Product Development, Mike is responsible for developing Copperleaf's product strategy and roadmap, and ensuring they continue to attract and grow the people by providing meaningful work that supports Copperleaf's purpose and vision. He is focused on building a world-class team that can navigate complex technical challenges—and create innovative solutions that deliver exceptional value to the clients.

Mike joined Copperleaf in 2016 and has managed a number of key initiatives with broad impact. He led the team that created processes and systems to support how they define and deliver custom Value Frameworks to the clients. He also developed the Copperleaf Automated Testing (CAT) team, reducing the time required to test products prior to launch. Most recently, Mike played a key role on the Copperleaf Value Model Library development team and the architecture team, providing technical consulting on design and architectural decisions that span multiple teams, products, and systems.
