Phil Jones

Phil joined Copperleaf as Vice President, Sales and Business Development in 2009, and has been instrumental in expanding Copperleaf’s client base across the globe. In his current role as Managing Director for the Americas, he is responsible for leading sales, marketing, customer experience, and operations in the region.

An electrical engineer and sales professional, he has more than 15 years of experience in sales, business development, product management, project management, product development, and system design.

Phil's client base to date has included government, military, commercial wireless infrastructure manufacturers, venture-funded factories in Asia, and a range of both commercial and residential clients for energy management and automation systems. Most recently, he has been a partner in a custom electronics design and integration firm, and a commercial lighting and control products company. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Spectrum Signal Processing, ultimately attaining the role of Vice President, Sales and Business Development.
