Amanda Mroz-Simms

Amanda Mroz-Simms has an extensive work history in the insurance industry, starting as a WC Claims Adjuster at Safeco Insurance in 2000. Amanda then worked at Nordstrom as a Risk Management WC Claim Examiner before moving to Travelers Insurance as a Workers Compensation Unit Manager and later as a General Liability Claim Case Manager. Amanda transitioned to The Hartford as a Claims Account Executive and eventually joined CNA Insurance as a Client Services Managing Director. Amanda currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Claims and Vice President of Workers Compensation at CopperPoint Insurance Companies. Their roles have involved managing claims, providing client services, and overseeing workers compensation programs.

Amanda Mroz-Simms earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in HR Management from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics in 2001. Amanda later obtained a Masters degree in Public Administration (MPA) from California State University, Fullerton in 2006.
