Prior to that, Caroline worked as District Manager at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc. from January 2021 to January 2022 and as Regional Manager at Pier 1 Imports from August 2011 to October 2020, where responsibilities included leading operations and driving sales while managing labor costs. Earlier roles also include Vice President Operations at Hi-Health and District Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company. Caroline earned a degree from Arizona State University between 1993 and 1997.
