Nathan Welch

Nathan Welch has extensive experience in maintenance management and supervision, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Copperweld Bimetallics LLC since July 2017. Prior to this role, Nathan worked as Maintenance Supervisor at Lear Corporation from April 2014 to July 2017 and gained valuable hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician at both Johnson Controls and Honda Lock of America. Earlier in Nathan's career, service in the US Navy included a role as AS W/C 930 Supervisor from June 2005 to August 2008, providing a solid foundation in leadership and technical skills.
