Cynthia Merlino

Cynthia Merlino, CCEP, currently serves as a Senior Compliance Project Manager at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) since February 2022. Prior to this role, Cynthia held the position of Manager-Associate Director at Morae from October 2020 to February 2022 and worked at Pearson for several years in various roles, including Global Compliance & Ethics Specialist, where responsibilities involved managing the Pearson Code of Conduct for over 20,000 employees. Cynthia's extensive experience at Pearson also encompassed roles such as Compliance Associate, Project Consultant, Manager of Business Systems Training & Communication, Information Manager, and Marketing Assistant, contributing to the development and implementation of compliance policies, training programs, and marketing strategies. Educationally, Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Saint Joseph's University and a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
