Keri Mattaliano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Keri began their career at APL Associates as an Employment Specialist, where they provided job coaching and support to individuals with disabilities. In 2011, they joined Infotrieve as a Customer Service Specialist, responsible for providing technical support to top R&D companies. Keri later became a Software Account Manager, managing key client accounts and focusing on client retention and upsell opportunities. In 2014, Keri became a Manager of Client Support Services, leading a team and developing a global operations strategy. Keri joined Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) in 2015 as a Sr. Client Engagement Manager, where they utilized their problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to respond to a variety of client inquiries. Over the years, Keri took on more significant roles at CCC, including Product Solutions Manager and Director of Corporate Product Solutions, where they developed thought leadership pieces, defined business strategies, and supported new sales and renewals. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Corporate Product Solutions at CCC.
Keri Mattaliano earned a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree from Rutgers University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from the University of Saint Joseph from 2004 to 2006. Their tertiary education began at the University of New Hampshire from 2001 to 2003, where they studied English Language and Literature, General. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications from the Pragmatic Institute, including Launch, Market, Pricing, Focus, and Foundations.
