Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael started their career at Bryant University in 1992 as a User Services Manager and later joined LGC&D as a Network Manager. Then, they worked at the Town of Mansfield as an MIS Director, providing technology services to various departments.

In 2000, they transitioned to Switchboard as an Operations Engineer. Michael later joined JP Morgan as a Sr Services Delivery Analyst and then became a Partner at Silven Entertainment LLC.

In 2008, Michael joined CA Technologies as a Principal Support Engineer, where they provided advanced technical support for various software products and was promoted to Senior Support Engineer in 2009.

Michael founded Wild Hunt Games in 2009 and served as the Founder/President.

Michael returned to Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) in 2018 as a Tech Lead in Application Support before transitioning to their current role as the Manager of Application Support and Release Engineering. Michael has extensive experience in application support and release engineering for SaaS applications.

Michael Thompson received their Bachelor of Science degree in CIS from Bryant University in 1989. Michael later pursued an MBA in Management from the same university and graduated in 1999.
