Michelle Kennedy

Michelle Kennedy, CPA, CFE, currently serves as the Controller & Assistant Treasurer at the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) since November 2022. Previous roles include Director of Finance - Internal Audit Americas at Baxter International Inc. from December 2021 to October 2022, and Chief Audit Executive, Internal Audit, as well as Director of Finance - FLC Controller at Hillrom from August 2019 to December 2021. Michelle has a significant history of service on boards, including the United Way of Central New York and St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center. Earlier in the career, Michelle held multiple positions at Welch Allyn from May 2007 to August 2019 and worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2004 to May 2007. Michelle holds an M.B.A. in Marketing Management and Organization and Management from Syracuse University and a degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.
