Patrick J Kelly

Patrick J Kelly, CPA, currently serves as Controller and Assistant Treasurer at NYISO, overseeing financial recordkeeping, reporting, analysis, budgeting, taxation, regulatory reporting, and treasury management, as well as the company’s procurement functions since June 2018. Previously, Patrick held multiple leadership roles at Albany Medical Center from July 1996 to April 2018, including Vice President of Supply Chain and Financial Operations, where management of a $10M budget and procurement oversight were key responsibilities. Additionally, as Controller, Patrick expanded roles to include pension and self-insured plan accounting, while earlier positions involved directing financial reporting and policies. Prior experience includes serving as Supervising Senior Accountant at KPMG, focusing on audits for not-for-profit and government entities, and as Corporation Tax Auditor for the NYS Department of Tax & Finance. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
