Miguel Alcañiz, PMP®, is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Level 2 Support Manager at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) since May 2018, where responsibility includes managing the second-level support team and ensuring compliance with ITIL standards and service level agreements.
