During their time there, they handled complex, multi-jurisdictional patent cases in various industries.

In 2021, Geert Theuws joined Copyright Delta as the Chief Legal Officer. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing legal matters related to their next-gen web3 platform for music licensing and fractional co-ownership. The platform utilizes banking blockchain technologies, ensuring data sovereignty. It operates as a B2B SaaS & PaaS company.

Geert Theuws holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Intellectual Property Law from Tilburg University.
