Maria Koblanck

Maria Koblanck has had a long and varied career in the business and operations sector. Maria began their professional career in 2005 as an Assistant Editor for International Political Sociology and Alternatives: Global, Local, Political. In 2010, they became a Lecturer at Linneaus University, where they worked with the theoretical part of the Bachelor and Master programs at the School of Design. In 2013, they were a Lecturer at Luleå University of Technology and was responsible for tutoring 16 students. From 2015 to 2016, Maria was the Chief Operating Officer at ÆSD Research & Development GmbH and Regional Manager Nordics at DiMaBay GmbH. In 2016, they became a Partner and Co-Founder at Metathesis, a brand communications, management, and marketing agency. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Business Development Manager at Northway Media. Finally, in 2021, Maria became the Head of Operations at COPYTRACK GmbH. At COPYTRACK, Maria is responsible for designing services for anyone who makes images available on the Internet.

Maria Koblanck has a long and varied educational history. Maria began their studies in 1996 at Red Cross Nordic United World College, where they earned their high school diploma. Maria then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1998 to 2001, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations. From 2003 to 2004, they attended the University of Padua/EIUC, earning a Master's Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation. Finally, they attended the University of Victoria from 2005 to 2014, graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Political Philosophy and International Relations.
