Aaron Prager

Aaron Prager is a seasoned professional in the capital markets sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Cor3 Capital since January 2023. Previously, Aaron held the position of Senior Director at Lev from January 2021 to January 2023, where emphasis was placed on facilitating complex capital transactions through a blend of traditional brokerage and advanced technology. Prior to that, Aaron spent nearly nine years at Avison Young as Director of Capital Markets, contributing significantly to Canada’s largest independently-owned commercial real estate services company. Early career experience includes roles as Acquisitions Associate at Morgan Investment Fund and as an intern in acquisitions at Atco Properties. Aaron’s background also features architectural expertise, having worked as an Architect at Parameter, Inc., and as a Project Architect at ArchPlan Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Syracuse University.
