Claudia Badea

Claudia Badea currently serves as the Ecommerce and Crosschannel Director at CORA Romania since April 2022, leading strategic growth initiatives in omni-channel operations, including the implementation of Romania's first home delivery and pick-up service, Cora Drive. Prior to this role, Claudia held the position of Senior Store Director at CORA Lujerului from March 2013 to April 2022, where significant achievements included store redesign, execution of a Queue Busting Program, and leading various development projects for the Clothing Departments. Previous experience includes being Store Director at Cora Cluj, focusing on store remodelling and team reorganization for efficiency, and Department Manager for Clothing at Cora Hypermarché Romania, contributing to new store designs and staff training. Claudia holds an Executive Management Program degree from ESCP Business School and has completed various training programs, enhancing professional capabilities in business administration and management.
