Susanne Reilly

Susanne Reilly, PhD has extensive experience in various leadership positions focused on talent management, development, and diversity & inclusion. Susanne most recently served as the Chief People Officer at CORA Physical Therapy. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Interpace Biosciences and Chief Talent, Diversity, & Inclusion Officer at Zoetis Inc. Susanne also worked at Lonza as the Global Lead for People & Talent Development and at Stryker Corporation as the Global Head of Leadership Development. Susanne has also held high-level positions at PDI, Inc., Applied Research Corporation, and Avaya, where they focused on talent management and leadership development.

Susanne Reilly, PhD has a Bachelor of Arts with Honor in Psychology from Saint Elizabeth University, where they were a Presidential Scholar. Susanne also holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology, along with an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the same institution. Additionally, Susanne has completed the Advanced Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
