Brenner Broedel

Brenner Broedel's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Brenner started their career as an intern at Banestes S/A – Banco do Estado do Espírito Santo in 2014. Brenner then worked as an Assistant Manager at JUCEES from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, they joined Aliança Assessoria Contábil e Empresarial as an Accounting Assistant until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Fraud Prevention Analyst at PicPay and later became the Coordinator of the Fraud Prevention Team from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Team Lead at Creditas and then as a Contact Center Coordinator at Loga Internet until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Partner and Risk Team Lead - Ambiente Seguro at Cora since July 2022.

Brenner Broedel completed their undergraduate studies in Accounting (Ciência Contábeis) at Universidade Vila Velha - UVV from 2011 to 2015. Brenner then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on People Management (Gestão de Pessoas com ênfase em Liderança Organizacional) at Universidade Estácio de Sá from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Brenner has obtained several certifications, including "SQL do zero" from Udemy (expected in 2024), "Prevenção a Lavagem de dinheiro e financiamento ao terrorismo" from INFI-FEBRABAN (2019), "Recrutamento e Seleção" from Kenoby (2019), and "Liderança com Foco em Resultados" from Dale Carnegie Treinamentos (2018).
