Lisa Clarke

Lisa Clarke is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Coral Expeditions since March 2021, Lisa has previously held key roles such as Talent & Culture Manager at Accor, where responsibilities included management at multiple Novotel locations and TNQ Strata Hotels from 2010 to 2021. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Manager position at Voyages Hotels & Resorts for Lizard Island Resort, and a similar generalist HR role at Travelodge Mirambeena Resort Darwin. Additionally, Lisa served as State President for AHRI NT Council from 2007 to 2009 and began the career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Clayton Utz - Darwin. Lisa holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Deakin University and a Diploma in Business Administration from Northern Territory University.
