Kaine Finn is an experienced executive in the residential and commercial building industry, currently serving as the Executive General Manager - Operations at Coral Homes since September 2021. With over 30 years in the sector, Kaine has held significant roles including Chief Operating Officer at Australasian Group of Companies and General Manager at Simonds Homes, where oversight of substantial home construction operations was key. Earlier positions include General Manager at G.J. Gardner Homes and establishing Johns Lyng Queensland, which expanded to multiple locations and specialist companies. Kaine also has experience managing commercial development projects as the State Construction Manager for Fitness First Australia.
